Otomatik stirp yükleme robotu sıra ile paletten aldığı stripleri kendi motorize konveyörüne yatık vaziyette bırakır motorize konveyör hattın devamındaki (baş kesme, yarma, cila) işleme makinasında bir önceki taşın işlemi bittiyse ikinci taşı ilerletir. EN-- Strips cut by the block cutting machine and stacked vertically or horizontally on pallets are placed in front of the automatic loading machine using a forklift. The operator only needs to enter the position (vertical or horizontal) and height of the stone into the operator panel and unload it. The automatic strip loading robot sequentially takes the strips from the pallet and places them horizontally onto its motorized conveyor. If the processing machine (trimming, splitting, polishing) downstream of the conveyor has completed processing the previous stone, it advances the next one. Meanwhile, the automatic strip loading robot brings the next stone. If there is already a product waiting on the motorized conveyor, it waits without unloading, and once the strip leaves the conveyor, it descends and places the stone.
